I used more of the drop cloth fabric left over in the stash.

Love that stuff!

The bottom ruffle is a strip of raw edged muslin.

There were so many direction to go with this one.

I decided on the simplest idea.

I may do a couple more for our guest rooms, using leftover scraps of lace, ribbons and vintage buttons on the drop cloth scraps.

We shall see.
